Duties

  1. Serves as the executive officer of the association and the Executive Board.

  2. Presides at Executive Board meetings, and develops the agendas for these meetings.

  3. Recruits and appoints chairpersons for the association’s committees.

  4. Serves as ex-officio voting member of all committees, except the Nominations and Elections Committee.

  5. Represents the association whenever necessary and desirable
